Priced to the portfolio.
Koga isn't sold by the seat. Pricing scales with the size of the portfolio it runs — one number for the whole house, not a per-head tax on the people who use it. Every plan ships with all three modules, board-ready operating-statement reporting, and the Excel add-in.
One property or one hundred — same backbone.
One hotel, the full stack.
For an independent or a single managed property that wants its plan, its actuals, and its owner pack in one place.

No published price list, by design. Koga is configured to each operator — so the number follows the portfolio, never the seat count. Tell us the size of the house and we'll quote it →
Nothing held back for the bigger tier.
The full Koga isn't an upsell. Single property or enterprise, you get the whole operating system from day one — the tiers change the size of the portfolio, not the depth of the product.
All three modules
Plan, Scorecard, and Dashboard — plan the year, measure the month, read the property at a glance. Each stands alone; together they're the financial backbone.
Operating-statement reporting
Departmental schedules, undistributed expense, fixed charges, and GOP — modeled the way the lodging industry actually reports. Board-ready on demand.
The Excel add-in
Live Koga figures pulled straight into the workbooks your team already builds. The number updates in the cell — no export, no re-key.
Real-time, multi-user
The GM, the analyst, the owner, and the auditor work off one living record. Changes sync as they happen — no version 14, final-FINAL.
Your chart of accounts
Koga maps to the standard and to the chart of accounts you already use. Your team finally gets to use the one they know — properly.
Onboarding & support
We configure Koga to your portfolio and bring your data in. You don't start with a blank workbook — you start with your numbers, already legible.
One number for the whole house.
We start from the shape of your portfolio — how many properties, how they're owned and managed, and what your team needs to report. From there it's a single figure for the operating system, with the modules, reporting, and add-in already inside it.
No per-seat math means the people who actually run the property — front office, F&B, finance, the GM — all work off the same record without anyone counting logins. The price tracks the portfolio. The portfolio is what you're really paying to read clearly.
Illustrative — your quote follows the shape of your house.
The questions we get first.
How is Koga priced?
By portfolio, not by seat. We scope a single number to the size and shape of your house — how many properties and how you operate them — so the cost tracks the business it runs, not the headcount that logs in. There's no published price list because every operator is configured a little differently. Tell us the size of the portfolio and we'll quote it.
What's included?
Everything. All three modules — Plan, Scorecard, and Dashboard — plus board-ready operating-statement reporting, the Excel add-in, real-time multi-user access for your whole team, configuration to your chart of accounts, and onboarding with your data brought in. The full operating system ships in every plan; the tier only changes the size of the portfolio.
Do we have to change our chart of accounts?
No. Koga is built on the standard structure the industry already uses (USALI) from the schedules up, then shaped to the chart of accounts, departments, and portfolio you already have. Your team doesn't learn a new structure — they finally get to use the one they know, reconciled to the standard your auditors recognize. We handle the mapping during onboarding.
Is there an Excel add-in?
Yes — included in every plan. It pulls live Koga figures straight into the workbooks your team already builds, so the number updates in the cell. No exporting, no re-keying, no stale copy of a copy. The workbook stays where your analysts want it; the data stays true to the record.
How does onboarding work?
We configure Koga to your portfolio — your chart of accounts, your departmental structure, your brand standards — and bring your existing data in. You don't begin with an empty workbook; you begin with your own numbers, already reconciled to the standard and ready to read. Bring a single property's trial balance and we'll show you Koga running on it before you commit.
